baru01 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with approved KYC documents.
• You must withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts and Rp 100,000,000 for VIP Gold and above.

• All bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
• Sports betting: If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match resumes within 48 hours.
• Live casino: All game rounds are recorded by video stream. In the event of a technical error, the video evidence is considered definitive.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, you agree to contact baru01 customer support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may proceed to arbitration.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your baru01 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

baru01 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account termination for cause, baru01 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the baru01 website including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces are the property of baru01 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any baru01 content without written permission.
